About Us
Cuddle Bundles supplies vulnerable new mums and their babies, from all communities, cultures and religions, with gift bundles of baby wear and accessories. We cater mainly for babies from premmie to two years of age.
All our bundles are packed with love, care and respect for the recipients.
When a mum appears to be in need of assistance, we receive referrals from:
- Mum for Mum, our partner organisation supporting mums and babies
- Social workers
- Local hospitals, women's shelters, community centres
- Refugee and asylum seeker organisations assisting new arrivals
- Aid organisations sending goods to impoverished communities overseas
CUDDLE BUNDLES
Each gift bundle is made up of clothing and essential items tailored to the specific baby's age or due date, season, gender and stage of development. Once we receive the social worker's request, our volunteers carefully curate a parcel filled with clothing, blankets, wraps, linen, soft toys, interactive toys, books. Many accessories are included for sleep, bathing, bottle/breast feeding and when we have stock, nappies and wipes too. We always try to fulfil any request for larger items when in stock, such as carriers, high chairs, prams, bassinets, baths, breast pumps or monitors, etc.
PAMPER PACKS
We also offer Pamper Packs of toiletries, which comprise of purses with donated soaps, hair care, and some pamper items such as make up, jewellery, scarves for the mums, or 'essentials packs' that include hygiene items, that can be supplied for anyone in need. These can be packed upon an organisation's request and one is usually included for recipient mums along with each Cuddle Bundle.
